The Truth About Cycling Fitness: You Do Not Need to Be Fast to Belong

Too many people believe they must already be fit before joining a cycling club or showing up to a group ride. That mindset keeps good people off the bike. Cycling fitness is not a requirement to begin. It is the result of beginning.
